Split, Organize, Delete & Rotate PDF Pages: The Complete Guide

A 40-page scan where pages 1, 8, and 22 are upside-down, pages 12–13 are blank, and you only need pages 3–7 for submission — you don’t need to re-scan. You need split + organize.

Split PDF: 3 Ways to Divide

Organize: Reorder & Fix

Open Organize PDF → Upload → Grid view shows all page thumbnails with page numbers overlay. Drag pages, click to select multiples, then:

• Reorder: Drag 12 → before 3 for correct chapter sequence.
• Rotate: Select page 8 → Rotate 90° clockwise (mobile scans often sideways).
• Delete: Select blanks → Delete (counter updates instantly).
• Undo: Ctrl+Z style undo before saving — no destructive change until Download.

Delete / Extract: Keep Only What Matters

For submissions that ask “Upload pages 3–5 only”, don’t send the whole book. Use Delete Pages for visual selection or Split PDF → Extract by numbers. Both produce a new PDF; your original file is untouched.

Rotate: Fix Orientation

Rotate is per-page and permanent on export. Tip: If every page is rotated (scanner feeder upside-down), click “Rotate all” instead of selecting one by one. 180° flip is common for duplex scans where back sides invert.
